Evening dress is requested. Clothing from the lifetime of Jane Austen (1775-1817) is appreciated, but not required. This means that anything from the period of the American Revolution, through the French Revolution, and the Regency/Empire/Federalist/Napoleonic Wars era is welcome.

Please don't let a lack of period attire dissuade you from attending. Feel free to wear modern formal wear if that is all you possess. Kilts and Highland dress welcome!
